• Message metadata, such as the date, time, delivery status, and Twilio message identifier.
• Technical logs needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
• Preferences or conversational information intentionally provided to the Hermes assistant.

How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

• Receive, process, and respond to SMS messages.
• Operate the Hermes personal-assistant functionality.
• Maintain conversation context when enabled.
• Deliver user-requested alerts and notifications.
• Prevent abuse and unauthorized access.
• Diagnose errors and improve reliability.

SMS Consent and Mobile Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. The Service is not used to send third-party advertising, lead-generation messages, or unsolicited marketing communications.

Service Providers

We may provide limited information to service providers solely as necessary to operate the Service. These providers may include:

• Twilio, which provides telephone-number and SMS-delivery services.
• Cloudflare, which may provide network, security, DNS, or tunneling services.
• The AI-model or infrastructure provider configured for the Hermes assistant.
• Hosting, logging, storage, or security providers used to maintain the Service.

These providers may process information only to perform services on our behalf or as otherwise permitted by their agreements and applicable law. They are not authorized by us to use mobile information or messaging-consent data for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on the user’s conversations, requests, and configured notifications. Message and data rates may apply according to the user’s mobile-service plan.

Stopping Messages

Reply STOP to stop receiving SMS messages. Reply START to resume messages after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Because this is a personal assistant intended for authorized use, access may also be restricted to specifically approved telephone numbers.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service or satisfy applicable legal obligations.

Message history, conversation memory, and logs may be deleted periodically or upon request, subject to technical, security, backup, and legal requirements.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no SMS, internet-transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

SMS messages are not end-to-end encrypted. Users should not send passwords, financial-account credentials, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through the Service.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your use of the Service. Some information may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or system backups.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
